What type of Spyder do you have?
:congrats:
But since the proof of the pie, is in the eating; have you noticed any difference in how under-bodywork heat is being dealt with yet?
No Bob not yet, but going on a trip next week,I'll post the results of the pie eating.
put about 125 miles on the bike right out of the dealership and no heat on my feet and it seemed to run cooled on the gage.
Nice...
But... :lecturef_smilie: Upon your return, we'll expect a Full Report! :D
Have fun, and Good Luck!:2thumbs:
Congratulations on getting a positive response. What email address at BRP did you use?
Thanks
I too would like to know what email address you used to contact Can-Am. All of my attempts to contact them via their website results in a website error message. :(
Here you go guys,

sorry for any confusion ,I'll blame it on senility.
great news...you will notice a big difference in how much cooler the bike runs....love my new air flow panels
Got this phone number from a dealer. Jenifer took my call and was very helpful in getting a case # to give to my dealer over the heat issue. I have a 2012 RT and it seems they can do something with it also. Not holding my breathe though. Here's the # 715-848-4957. Push 2 for english (of course) and then 1 for a human.
Can someone show pics of what RT panels got replaced and the difference?
Bob
I will look into the heat deflector panels. Regarding the high temperature problem, I took my 2013 RT Limited back to the dealer to have it looked at. They determined the thermostat was responding slowly (it had overheated 11 times in a month) and he also replaced the inpeller. I have ridden it several hundred miles since getting it back and it has not moved off the mid-gauge mark. I live in Utah so it's hot here.
Hope this helps those that have been posting concerns with the high temperature problem.
